We have made progress on planning our side trips! We know the following...

June 11-14
We will be in Croatia. We will be staying a Split, where we hope to take a Segway Tour (with the wind blowing our hair) and traveling to Plitvice Lakes National Park.
This picture says it all- AMAZING!

June 18-22
Amy's dream will come true... hello Paris... and the Eiffel Tower! (Don't worry, Jenni is excited to see some of the great works of art she missed during her first visit!) We have booked our Hostel for Paris, so this one is set!!!

June 25-29
We will be headed to Greece - and don't worry after much research we can tell you that Greece is safe to travel to, even for two females! Our current Greece plan is still being created but we are thinking about jumping on a plane for this one as it will save us a lot of time and headaches with other forms of travel. (Can you believe a ferry ride is 10 hours?!) We hope to spend a few days in Athens and a few days in Santorini. While in Athens we are planning on checking out all the ancient history that it has to offer.

July 2-4
Happy birthday to Jenni!!! (Oh- and America too!) For Jenni's special day she decided she would like to go to Venice and so that is the plan. We have a Hostel on the mainland and plan to jump a tram into the heart of the city. Of course we will ride on a gondola... More details yet to come!

And now good news for you... We have opened up our settings and anyone is welcome to comment on our page! :) So leave us some love, suggestions, or your thoughts!

19 days, 10ish hours, and counting!

  2. Amy,

Thanks for sharing, it looks like an incredible trip! We are flying into Milan on Friday but unfortunately we are not planning a trip to Rome. I would have loved to have seen a demonstration on how to use the washing machine :)
